Formado Tayson
Formado Tayson leads the Grupo Capoeira Brasil academies in Eindhoven, Valkenswaard, Overpelt and Tilburg. He just turned 38 and lives in Hamont Belgium near the border to The Netherlands together with his wife Anita and their kids Jaime and Aidé.
Formado Tayson began training Capoeira in 1988 with Maracanau and teacher Zè Buscapè. After one year he came in touch with Grupo Capoeira Brasil and Mestre Zebrinha in Fortaleza. After years of dedicated training, he was recognized by Paulão Mestre Ceara (one of the founding fathers of Grupo Capoeira Brasil) and was invited to participate in his adventure in the Netherlands and started teaching his first own students in Eindhoven. His title "Formado" was given him in 2010 during the 20th anniversary of GCB in Germany. Formado Tayson's extensive knowledge and experience is reflected in the major international festivals which take place every year in Eindhoven and the respect shown from the capoeira community.
